What is Brainwave Entrainment?

Brainwaves are the electrical wave patterns generated in every person's brain. Every thought, feeling, sensation, and level of awareness has a corresponding brain wave pattern. Brainwaves vary according to a level of consciousness, and various mental activity, and are characterized by four distinct main types: "Academic" Beta Brainwaves, "Creative" Alpha Brainwaves, "Hypnagogic" Theta Brainwaves, and "Deep Sleep" Delta Brainwaves.

Brainwave entrainment is technology that enables you to produce brainwave states, while producing their corresponding mental states, at will. Each of these brainwave states can be altered and directed by light and sound pulses due to the brain’s own inherent frequency following response. Understanding Brainwaves

Brainwaves are characterized by four distinct types of brainwaves, because each type has its own distinctly different way of perceiving, processing, learning, and knowing information. All of these types of brainwaves are produced at all times but a predominance of a certain desired brainwave state can be created at will and allow a person to take advanatage of that particular state , apply it to those kinds of specific tasks, and achieve higher results.

DELTA BRAINWAVES (.5 to 4 Hz) slowest of all, conducive to miracle type healing, divine knowledge, inner being and personal growth, rebirth, trauma recovery, "one with the universe experiences (samadhi), near death experience, characterized by "unknowing" merely a blissful "being" state such as deep sleep or coma.
